Crocs pioneers ‘Nowstalgia’ with its Solarized collection.

Cult clog and sandals brand Crocs launches a refreshed collection in its first seasonal print of the year, Solarized. Reinforcing the brand’s trailblazing design credentials, the digitally-created graphic print celebrates the revival of ’70’s, ’80’s and ’90’s nostalgia through an explosion of colourful tie-dye.

A trip through time, it references the psychedelic rainbow hues of the ’70’s, the cyber spray-paint effects seen on the dancefloor of ’80’s raves, and the revival of the instantly Instagrammable Y2K trend. The classic tie-dye print is re-born through a digital lens throughout this footwear collection, symbolising the blurred boundaries between physical and digital, and stepping into a bold ‘phygital’ future.
